Every channel below is monitored by the team, and the right one depends on what you need.If you are trying to claim a reward and something is not working, start with support. If you represent a protocol, issuer or fintech that wants to distribute, write to the team directly. If you are building against the API, the developer channels will be faster than either.
User support
Users with a question about an opportunity, an unclaimed reward or a pending claim should ask in the Merkl Discord, where the team and the community answer. Include the chain, the opportunity and your wallet address, because almost every reward question is answerable only against a specific address.
Run a distribution
Teams that want to pay yield, dividends or rewards to their users can start self-serve in Merkl Studio, or write to the team for managed programs, custom distribution logic and tailored pricing.
Developers and integrations
The public REST API, its OpenAPI specification and the Merkl MCP server are listed on the developer portal. Product behaviour, campaign types and distribution mechanics are documented separately.
